What we usually ask for

    Full SBA details →

    Purchase

For buying a commercial property. Good when the purchase includes a building the borrower will use or an investment property with income to underwrite.

    Refinance

For replacing an existing loan, or taking cash out. The current balance, payoff details, value and income drive the read.

    Bridge

For a short-term need, a quick move, or a gap before long-term financing. A clear exit plan and timeline matter most.

    Construction

For building or improving property. Budget, builder, land cost and improvements already paid, and remaining costs all matter.

    CMBS

For stabilized, income-producing property held long term. See the CMBS page for the usual underwriting guideposts.

    SBA loans

For businesses that use the property they finance. See the SBA page for 7(a) and 504 in plain terms.
