Who we are. Floridian Mutual is a trade name of Home1st Lending LLC, NMLS Number: 1418, 1130 Business Center Drive, Suite 1000, Lake Mary, FL 32746, (888) 466-3178, info@myhome1st.com. Floridian Mutual acts as a commercial loan broker and intermediary: we evaluate financing requests and identify potential third-party lending sources. We are not a bank, and we do not directly fund every program shown on this website.

What we collect. Through the Apply form, we collect your name, email, and phone, your borrowing entity and entity type, property address or city and state and ZIP code, property type, occupancy share, loan purpose, loan amount requested, purchase price or value, and, where provided, net operating income and existing loan information. Please do not enter Social Security numbers, tax IDs, dates of birth, or bank account numbers in the form. After we review your request and determine a fit, we may collect financial documents through a per-applicant secure link only, never through the public form.

How we use it. We use it to respond to your inquiry, evaluate your deal, identify potential lenders, and communicate with you about your request.

Who we share it with. Lenders considering your loan, and service providers that help us operate, under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell your information. We share information as needed to carry out the transaction you asked us to evaluate, and as required by law.

How we protect it. Access is limited to people who need it to evaluate, place, or service your transaction. Sensitive financial documents are collected only through a per-applicant secure link issued after our initial review; the link is closed after upload, files are downloaded to our team, and copies are deleted from the upload service.

Retention. We retain information only as long as needed to evaluate and service your request and as required by law.
